These are ICC Implant & Ceramic Dental Studio's terms and conditions of business:

all items supplied remain the property of the laboratory until payment is received
all accounts are payable within 30 days of statement date
appliances are constructed to the specifications prescribed and the laboratory is not responsible for the suitability of the specification
by fitting the appliance, the client accepts that the laboratory has produced the appliance to the specification and satisfaction of the client
the client is responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred through changing instructions or delivery dates after the work has been accepted by the laboratory
the laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance
the laboratory will charge for less than 5 working day service, as indicated on the laboratory sheet, for cases where the delivery date specified by the client determines that one of these services will be required to enable delivery of the work on the date specified
