We prefer to make special trays from the primary models as this will decrease inaccuracies across an arch.
A well fitting tray reduces the dragging potential by increasing the pressure between the tray and the arch itself and keeping the impression material an even thickness for consistent setting ratios.
Having a technologically advanced dental laboratory on site means that we are able to do this very quickly, making the turnaround from consultation to first prototype incredibly quick and efficient.
