How to Find Us - Video

 

opening times:

monday to friday - 9am to 5pm
closed public holidays and for two weeks over christmas  

our standard delivery service is 5 -10 days in the laboratory

all work not hand-delivered is posted using royal mail special delivery guaranteed 1pm next day

fast turnaround can be indicated on the lab sheet.

we are Procera® and an Cerec inlab (Sirona)network member and are trained in Astra, Straumann, Ankylos, Osteo-Ti, Branemark and Replace Select Implant Systems

terms & conditions

  • all items supplied remain the property of the laboratory until payment is received
  • all accounts are payable within 30 days of statement date
  • appliances are constructed to the specifications prescribed and the laboratory is not responsible for the suitability of the specification
  • by fitting the appliance, the client accepts that the laboratory has produced the appliance to the specification and satisfaction of the client
  • the client is responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred through changing  instructions or delivery dates after the work has been accepted by the laboratory
  • the laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance
  • the laboratory will charge for less than 5 working day service, as indicated on the laboratory sheet, for cases where the delivery date specified by the client determines that one of these services will be required to enable delivery of the work on the date specified
